STRETCH

daily the weeks leading up to your session and practice poses you see in our group and here on the website that you like—some are a lot harder than they look, so practicing cannot hurt (but know I’ll pose you from head to toe the day of your session)!


HYDRATE

drink lots of water the days leading up to your session—this will not only help with bloating or unwanted water weight, but it will have your skin healthy and glowing, making all the difference in your images.
